Keto Boost ball burner verdict
The Keto boost ball burners are great addition to the Keto diet when you are well on your journey in the Ketogenic lifestyle.
They taste great and come in 4 great flavours and there is room for more flavours to be added at a later date.
Originally I tried the boost balls towards the start of my Keto diet approximately 4-6 weeks in. This was a mistake as my body was still adjusting to the change and coming from a high sugar and carb diet I found the boost ball snacks not sweet at all and lacking in flavour.
12 months into the Keto diet my opinion changed completely. As you progress through the diet and lifestyle your sense of taste changes and you appreciate minimal tastes and simple foods more.
When I revisited the boost ball burners I found they hit that sweet spot and the flavour is a lot more intense and moreish. All four flavours create a different taste for different moods and make a great after meal snack and are now my go-to treat.

First up is the raw choc brownie. Everyone loves a good chocolate brownie and these do not disappoint!
Described as ‘filled to the brim with natural goodness, low in natural sugar and tasty enough to be fresh outta the oven from your favourite bakery this description is pretty accurate.
The cacoa nibs and peanut butter add the crunch and the cacoa butter, creamed coconut, cacoa powder add a gorgeous smooth creamy chocolate blast to the palate.
The dessicated coconut and coconut chips are present but not overpowering an add a nice side taste to the burner bites.

Next is the choc hazelnut. If you’ve tried cadburys whole nut then this is for you. A good raw choc brownie style taste with hazelnut crunch. A nice variation from the raw choc brownie and just as tasty!

The peanut butter cup is similar to a reeces style taste without all the added sugar and sweetness. This is a good snack for the peanut butter fans, just the right amount of nutty goodness with a hint of chocolate from the cacao and a nice crunch from the peanuts!

Last up is the raspberry-white chocolate and coconut. If you like your coconut this is the one. A nice but not overpowering coconut taste followed by the sweet raspberry scrumptiousness as described on the website which is enhanced by a smooth white chocolate layer on the taste buds. A really good mix of flavour to shake things up a little!

Available off the shelf in some Sainsbury’s stores look out for the best prices offered with your nectar reward card.
Not all Sainsbury’s store stock them but if they do you will find them in the same aisle as the sports protein powders and slimfast snacks.
Sainsbury’s usually stock the raw choc brownie, peanut butter cup and raspberry white chocolate & coconut variants.
